Position:  MANAGER HR

The Role:

To be based in our regional HR head office in Jeddah, Makkah and Madina, Saudi Arabia.

Ensuring compliance with KSA labor laws in maintaining reputation of the company's organizational integrity and industry leadership in admin and HR practices.
You will be managing the human resources aspect of all employee personnel dealings.
Overseeing and responsible for all visa matters, licenses and registrations ensuring maintenance of employee timekeeping system for the company and from JAWAZAT matters.
Managing all insurance affairs including renewals, claims, etc. for all company activities,
Supervising the implementation of employee performance evaluation.
Defining, designing and developing effective HR practices and process work flow, forms and standards in ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

 Qualification/ Requirements:

The successful candidate must hold a 4 Year Bachelors Degree / Equivalent Master with a minimum of 3 -5 years experience in a HR Managers role.

Candidate must be a Saudi National.

Age should not be more than 40 years.
Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR (Training and Development, Employee Relation, Compensation and Benefits, Salary and Wages, Grievances, Saudi Foreign Ministry , Interior Ministry and labor related issues).
Knowledgeable in KSA Labor Law. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator.
It is essential to have current KSA/ GULF experience and to have good computer skills including MS Office applications.
Good command on English language will be an advantage.
